GAS CYLINDER CABINETS: |

These cabinets have been designed to house gas cylinders to prevent unauthorized access to the cylinders to prevent unauthorized access to the cylinders and for safe handling of corrosive and toxic gas cylinders. These cabinets are of sturdy steel construction, spray printed. They are provided with an acrylic window for quick viewing of control equipment. The full length door has a three point latching mechanism and a locking handle. All control equipment can be housed inside the cabinet. Standards cabinets available for 2,3, or 4 cylinders of 47 Ltr.

SAMPLING BOTTLES : |

These are designed for collecting and storing high pressure gas samples from the field and transport them to laboratories. Each S.S. 316 bottle goes through a through resting, inspection and trest protocol for maximum integrity and cleaning process for effective corrosion resistance. These bottles are available in various capacities from 75 ml to 500 ml. Sampling bottles fabricated as per ASME codes / IS : 2825 are also available. |

HIGH PRESSURE CYLINDER CHANGE OVER MANIFOLDS :

These are designed for high pressures applications and to change over the gas supply from a near empty cylinder to a full cylinder quickly.
The standard version is for two cylinders, is made of S.S.316 and is compatible to most of the gases. Other manifolds for more cylinders are also available. Manifolds made of copper and brass are also available.
Optional accessories are pressure gauges and flexible tail pipes.

These have been indigenously developed and specially designed to absurd / remove the normally found trace oxygen impurity in carrier and consumable gases like Argon, Helium, Nitrogen, Hydrogen etc. to enhance the life of and smooth functioning of the instruments of maximum sensitivity. The purifier cartridges are of S. S body can be housed in wall mounted consoles. |

PURGING SYSTEMS : |

All equipment used in corrosive gases and toxic gases service should be purged with an inert gas before and after use for minimizing corrosion, ensuring a linger life to the equipment and also as a safety measures. We offer various purging systems like simple straight Purge, Tee Purge, Cross Purge and Deep Purge. These are used along with pressure regulators. |
